Julie was great! This was a very complicated sale and purchase as we had a buyer in South Carolina that had to sell their property in order to purchase my buyers place who then had to close on my place so I could purchase my dream home. There were a couple bumps along the way but Julie was always there for me making sure I knew what was going on and always having my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her and her team for any and all real estate transactions.

Julie recently did another great job for me! I had worked with her several years ago when I moved to Sarasota and needed a new home. Because that experience went so well, I decided to work with her again when I needed to sell. I'm glad I did! I was worried that the pandemic would make it difficult to sell at this time, didn't like the idea of a lot of people in my home and was concerned that I wouldn't get a fair offer. Julie helped me evaluate the market to come up with the right listing price. She made all the arrangements needed for great photos and to get my home listed while I was out of town. Before I made it home she had a full price offer and we were under contract. Everything from there to closing went perfectly and she was always responsive to any questions that I had along the way. I'm no longer in Florida, but if I was, I would call Julie the next time I needed help with a home!
Julie is awesome to work with. Very personable, seems like she is always available. Julie is very knowledgeable and works very hard to ensure the buyer/seller is happy and has a full understanding of what is happening at all times. I would not work with another agent should I need a house or should I sell my house...Julie would be who I would call.
