Julie was so great during the entire process! My wife and I weren't even in the state during the 1.5 month process of finding our perfect home, but Julie was so understandable and patient. She toured many houses for us via video calls and was very honest on her opinions of each house. If she saw major issues, or even minor issues, she would always verbalize them. She had great knowledge during the touring process, even with houses she had never been to. She knew how to best explain certain things in the house, the condition, and really helped us along with the buying process. She went out of her way multiple times to look at so many different houses for us. She gave us all the information we needed to set up utilities, and was very communicative with the seller and loan company without me having to ask her. She good at negotiating and knowing the market. I would definitely us her in the future and recommend her to any friends or family that need a realtor in the area.

Gold, just gold. I had decided that our dream to purchase a home was never going to become a reality due to our inability to find financing.
