Julie's experience really came through for me when I found my forever home! In the current market, many houses are selling on the first day/weekend of showings, above asking price! Not only do you need to know what you want (I knew some but I learned a lot more when she took me all around the county) and how much you're willing to pay for it (vs the competition) but how to craft a winning bid in order to secure your purchase. There were approximately 18 offers on the house I wanted (and yes I did buy it!). After my bid was accepted, her knowledge/experience negotiating through the inspections, addendums, contracts/paperwork, and local service providers was immensely valuable!

Julie gets results! After an initial walk-thru of my home, she helped me: set a price, prioritize preparation tasks, and determine the best timing to put it on the market. When I was ready, she arranged for professional photos, posted a coming soon teaser in MLS, provided a covid-19 station (booties, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc) for people entering the house, and set up the automated system for scheduling showings. It was a great success, I got 8 offers after the first weekend of showings! After she helped me wade through the offers to select the best fit (above asking price!), it was smooth sailing to the close. Her guidance all along the way was invaluable. Then she helped me buy my forever home!
