Julie's experience really came through for me when I found my forever home! In the current market, many houses are selling on the first day/weekend of showings, above asking price! Not only do you need to know what you want (I knew some but I learned a lot more when she took me all around the county) and how much you're willing to pay for it (vs the competition) but how to craft a winning bid in order to secure your purchase. There were approximately 18 offers on the house I wanted (and yes I did buy it!).
