She gladly accepted and really dug in to research the specific market, to help price the home correctly for a quick sale. Her research paid off ... the house sold in 4 days for the full asking price, in a market that averaged 30+ days to sell a home. Throughout the process, she was great at being available to answer all of our questions. Her and her team were very professional and made the process easy for us at closing.

Julie went above and beyond on our 1st time buying a home as a new home buyer that we chose her as our real estate agent for a 2nd time around. However, this time around we were looking for a buying/selling transaction! She was available 24/7 and responded to all of our never ending questions no matter what time of day it was. We weren't looking to buy & sell right away but we did because she located a Great home to buy closer to the husband's work and worked her skills getting an offer accepted on selling our home as soon as it went live!! Everything happened so fast because she was so well prepared and listened to our needs. My husband just graduated med school, and we were looking for a house while he was in his residency in Des Moines. When we we packing up to move, Julie stopped by with goodies, and some really neat signs that she made for us to let the kids know when to be quiet on the trip! 🤣. Julie is a force to be reckoned with in the competitive world of real estate. You will be her top priority. I have yet to meet anyone as dedicated as Julie is. We went through so much before we met her, and I was shocked that the other realtors did not have her knowledge. Our family is so grateful that she came into our lives. We just love Julie!
