Julia was absolutely amazing and fantastic!! She was patient and so knowledgeable. She showed us a slew of properties and was always available through every step of the process!! We are 7 hours away and Julia was always available to answer our questions by text, email, or phone. She took time when we were in town to show us properties around our schedule. And when we finally found our dream place she was there for us through every step. Even doing the walk through and sending videos because we weren’t able to close in person.

I was fortunate to have met Julia thru a friend who found her for me. I was very discouraged at the time having had our home for sale for many months without any success. Julia met with me, discussed her marketing strategies to put our home back out on the market again locally as well as nationally. Not only is she very skilled and strong with marketing and her many years of experience and knowledge in real estate, Julia is very loving and relatable as well. She sold our home and stayed encouraging through the whole process.
