Julia Torsiello was a wonderful, highly professional agent to work with. My husband and I had moved out of state a few months prior to the sale of our home and Julia went above snd beyond to take care of everything that needed to be done to close. We would highly recommend her.
Working with Julia has been the best real estate experience we have ever had. She is personable, knowledgeable, and always available. Just what a buyer or seller needs. We wish we could use Julia to handle our home sale in DE. We know she would have priced it accurately and organized a well advertised open house leading to a sale instead of us still waiting for potential buyers to visit. Thank you, Julia, for being a stellar realtor.
Julia Torsiello is a professional who was a joy to work with. From beginning to the end I felt comfortable and confident while we worked through the process. Julia was always concerned with my needs, accessible and was someone who was patient and caring. It wasn't easy to sell my home after living there for 35 years. My daughter worked with Julia and she had a wonderful experience with her. She found my daughter a beautiful place to live, that I now share with her. Julia helped us tremendously as we are now so happy.
thank for all your help. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into making this sale as easy as possible.
Julia is very personable and knowledgeable regarding real estate in this area. She was a pleasure to work with.
It was great pleasure working with Julia since she found me exactly what I wanted when she found a home for me. When it was time to sell my old home, I had faith she could/would sell my home quick and she did! If anyone I know needs to sell/buy a home I would definitely recommend Julia Torsiello. She's quick gets the job done! Many thanks to her! Great thanks and appreciation to her. Phenomenal agent The best, everything went smoothly!
I met Julia at one of her open houses about two years ago. I was at the very beginning of my home search before it was then put on pause by the pandemic. During that time she would check in with me and overall was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I started looking at houses more seriously, the biggest thing I was was looking for was a knowledgeable agent/broker that would be patient with me during the process of finding my first home. I definitely recieved that from Julia. Julia was excellent with her communication. She always made herself available when I had questions or concerns. Even if she was busy or with another client, she would call or respond at her next available moment which I appreciated. Julia was very trustworthy and looked out for my best interests during the whole buying process. I would definitely use Julia for my next home purchase and highly recommend her to anyone in the market for buying/selling a home.
It was such a pleasure working with Julia! Julia responded to all of our questions right away and spent several days with us looking at many properties. Julia is very knowledgeable and was able to help guide us through the entire process. She is so pleasant to work with and kind. Her strategic negotiations helped us seal the deal. If and when friends or family are in need of a realtor, Julia is who we will be sending their way! She is the best!
Julia was extremely helpful. She handled everything promptly and gave me all the information I required. She followed up to make sure I was doing everything that was needed.
