I met Julia at one of her open houses about two years ago. I was at the very beginning of my home search before it was then put on pause by the pandemic. During that time she would check in with me and overall was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I started looking at houses more seriously, the biggest thing I was was looking for was a knowledgeable agent/broker that would be patient with me during the process of finding my first home. I definitely recieved that from Julia. Julia was excellent with her communication. She always made herself available when I had questions or concerns. Even if she was busy or with another client, she would call or respond at her next available moment which I appreciated. Julia was very trustworthy and looked out for my best interests during the whole buying process.
