In a very difficult pandemic environment, Julia & Dave flawlessly executed the sale of our home and purchase of another within our community. They did what they promised to do, they managed expectations well, fought for us, and were prepared / organized every step of the way. Our experience was first class, start to finish.

In 2017 Julia helped us purchase our home in Rancho Mission Viejo. She was able to negotiate our offer to beat out multiple buyers. Her communication was outstanding and her ability to guide us through the buying process made things a breeze. After we closed Julia kept in touch and was available whenever we had questions. Fast forward three years. Having a young family we realized the need for more space was quickly becoming a priority so naturally we reached to Julia. We had very specific “wants” and Julia listened. There were several homes in RMV we could’ve purchased however, Julia recommended we wait for the right property. Given she’s so involved in the community often times homeowners contact her in advance regarding the possibility of selling. Sure enough the perfect property became available and just like our first experience Julia quickly negotiated our offer. This time around we needed to sell our current home. The Archuletta Team moved quickly to get our home on the market. Using the latest techniques to maximize exposure our property went into escrow almost immediately at the price we wanted/needed! Selling and buying a home at the same time can be extremely stressful however, Julia and her team made things a breeze. Her communication and forward thinking allowed us to coordinate a simultaneous close. The team’s transaction coordinator (Lisa) was always available to answer questions regarding paperwork. She made sure we stayed on track with all necessary paperwork and deadlines.
