Outstanding is Not A Good Enough Description

The best decision we made was to engage Jules after receiving a referral to her by a family member. The other great decision we made was to listen to her recommendations all through the marketing and sales process. She has surrounded herself with service provider pros who follow her direction to a T. Whether it was painters, landscapers or photographers her team was terrific. We did little staging but the staging we did do had us asking ourselves, “why didn’t we think of doing that?” The pricing strategy turned out to be spot on. In a market that was beginning to turn a touch weaker, we were still able to entertain several above asking proposals. Throughout the process she was very communicative and very understanding of our angst of the selling process. She also researched and vetted a Realtor in our destination city. That Realtor was terrific as well and guided us through the buying process helping us to successfully purchase our dream home. Yes, if one has a chance to work with Jules, take it!
