Once you’ve signed with Jules, you have her full support and attention, which includes all the above, but also her own very hard work. She is not afraid to dig in, roll up her sleeves and help! The best decision we made was to engage Jules after receiving a referral to her by a family member. The other great decision we made was to listen to her recommendations all through the marketing and sales process. She has surrounded herself with service provider pros who follow her direction to a T. Whether it was painters, landscapers or photographers her team was terrific. We did little staging but the staging we did do had us asking ourselves, “why didn’t we think of doing that?” The pricing strategy turned out to be spot on. In a market that was beginning to turn a touch weaker, we were still able to entertain several above asking proposals. Throughout the process she was very communicative and very understanding of our angst of the selling process. She also researched and vetted a Realtor in our destination city.
