She is tuned into the potential construction issues and/or benefits of structures and is knowledgeable about what it will take to turn a residence into the home you want (think everything from number of outlets and placement to whether you can add on a garage or automatic gate in the future). She also has the network of tradespeople to support you during and beyond your sale and/or purchase. This is incredibly valuable and has saved me so much time and stress! She is also sensitive to what will work for you/your family; everything from the right type of residence to the neighborhood, to local amenities and commute times. She also has wonderful relationships with other realtors and finance professionals, and she's clearly well regarded by these partners, which is also important and can give you an edge in securing a buyer or a purchase – I know it did for me on both the purchasing and selling side of my transactions. Once you’ve signed with Jules, you have her full support and attention, which includes all the above, but also her own very hard work. She is not afraid to dig in, roll up her sleeves and help! I’ve truly never seen anything like it. A true professional in every sense of the word, and just a lovely human being!
