Judy is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of selling a home in the Bay Area. She knows the market and how to present a house. She was up to date on all of the City of Oaklands policies and permits needed. She doesn't tolerate inefficiency or unnecessary obstacles. She participated heavily in the removal of many unwanted and large items in the home. She also helped clean out the house to be presented in its best condition. Communication was fantastic and discussed every bid and how to proceed with each one. She was proactive and deeply engaged in ever aspect. I truly believe without her help I would still be dealing with this house. I went to her because I need someone that has the fire to get things done.
