Made a tough time much easier
My father passed away in August. Living out of state, I had to stay at the property for four months to handle the estate and sell the house. Judy had been good friends with my parents for years. She immediately took me under her wing, walked me through the process, told me what inspections to have done ahead of time, what to expect, and was generally available for anything and everything I needed. Thanks to her guidance the house was under contract within 2 weeks of listing, and I am home with my family for the holidays. Thank you, Judy!
