This was my second purchase and first time selling. The experience is beyond words and should be told to others as an example of a perfect sale. Juanita was able to confidently price my home right on target and find exactly what I was looking for on my purchase. Not only did she find me the perfect home, she was not pushy and she allowed me to first choose exactly what I was looking for then provided the perfect feedback. I had spoken to other realtors during my house search. The first (before Juanita) was not as knowledgeable and the one I contacted after was uninterested in really helping. Juanita was approachable, knowledgeable, and a speedy communicator. She was the only realtor willing to show me homes 6mo before I was ready to buy and she was willing to come out on new year's eve to show me homes. She was kind, patient and attentive through the whole home buying process. I could not have done it without her!
Juanita was wonderful. I could not have found my perfect home without her. She was easy to talk to, responded to emails/calls within minutes sometimes and really listened to me. She was never pushy. I dealt with 2 other realtors that wouldn't show me homes unless I was buying right away, which was frustrating since I was ne you the area and not sure exactly what I wanted. Juanita took time to show me places even though I wasn't sure I was ready to buy 6 months ago and amazingly she followed up with me right at 6 months! She also took the time to show me a house on new year's eve AND new year's day when another realtor didn't want to make the effort. I am really happy I met Juanita and am very grateful for all of her hard work on my behalf. She is the kind of person who puts worth the maximum effort whether you're buying a modest home like me or buying a million dollar home.
