Not only did she find me the perfect home, she was not pushy and she allowed me to first choose exactly what I was looking for then provided the perfect feedback. It was almost like she read my mind and handed me ideas of what I wanted which were right on point. This experience was as perfect as perfect could be as there's always a small hitch or two that are unavoidable.

I had spoken to other realtors during my house search. The first (before Juanita) was not as knowledgeable and the one I contacted after was uninterested in really helping. Juanita was approachable, knowledgeable, and a speedy communicator. She was the only realtor willing to show me homes 6mo before I was ready to buy and she was willing to come out on new year's eve to show me homes. She was kind, patient and attentive through the whole home buying process. I could not have done it without her!

Juanita was wonderful. I could not have found my perfect home without her. She was easy to talk to, responded to emails/calls within minutes sometimes and really listened to me. She was never pushy. I dealt with 2 other realtors that wouldn't show me homes unless I was buying right away, which was frustrating since I was ne you the area and not sure exactly what I wanted.
