My experience with Juanita was a very rewarding one as it relates to her professional skills in helping me and my husband seek and purchase our new home. She had our best interest at heart, never rushed or tried to push anything on us. Although Juanita was initially retained by my ex-wife to help us sell out home she made what could have been a miserable experience more than tolerable. She listened to the concerns and desires of my ex-wife and myself and helped us reach agreements that allowed us to liquidate the home in short order. The house that I bought needed a lot of work, but Juanita was very diligent in coordinating inspections and negotiating issues with the seller.
