As first time home buyers we really had no idea what we were doing and how the process would be. Juanita, from the beginning, explained everything to us and guided us thoroughly through the process. She scheduled house tours very quickly and she didn't stop until we found our dream house! This was my second purchase and first time selling. The experience is beyond words and should be told to others as an example of a perfect sale. Juanita was able to confidently price my home right on target and find exactly what I was looking for on my purchase. Not only did she find me the perfect home, she was not pushy and she allowed me to first choose exactly what I was looking for then provided the perfect feedback. I had spoken to other realtors during my house search. The first (before Juanita) was not as knowledgeable and the one I contacted after was uninterested in really helping. Juanita was approachable, knowledgeable, and a speedy communicator. She was the only realtor willing to show me homes 6mo before I was ready to buy and she was willing to come out on new year's eve to show me homes.
