I'm a pretty tough customer as I had some very specific needs that might have been different from some others; e.g., no pets, and really not realistic for me to own a previously owned home. The homes where I need to stay, were not better than my previous location, but a lot more expensive in the area that I needed to live. Needless to say, I saw a lot of homes I didn't like. Juanita, knowing my needs, begin previewing them without me which saved me a lot of wasted time. I appreciated that a lot.

Excellent job in understanding and catering to my needs.
She took the time to learn about my family and what we wanted. She would preview homes for me to keep us from wasting our time. She fought for us and our needs. Most importantly she did not get rattled showing homes to me with my 5 year old twins with or without my husband! She is also helping us sell our home.
