We contacted Juanita when we were thinking about selling our house. A few months later when we had a definite date she had everything ready. The photos were scheduled and the house was listed the following week. Our house sold in a weekend. After we went under contract she did all the work to get us to a smooth closing. I am truly grateful that we chose Juanita to sell our house.

This was our first home sale and we were doing a cross country move to boot! Despite everyone's preparation and planning there were so many unexpected twists and turns, but Juanita never missed a beat and went above and beyond to get our house sold! Communication was key as we worked through selling our home and the various issues that arose, especially with Scott already working in Wyoming. Juanita very thoroughly explained the entire process and all documents, was readily available for any questions or concerns, and got back to us quickly with answers and/or options. She and her team are well versed in local code and inspection requirements and gladly contacted our local borough office to get clarification when it was needed. There were no "stupid questions" and no surprises! We were able to meet with her in person whenever we needed to and it was fantastic when she checked in just to ask how we were doing! In addition, Juanita recommended a realtor in Wyoming and worked with them providing a reference for us and much of the needed documentation as we went about our home search and purchase there. (We had a great experience and settled on our new home on July 13th!) No matter what happened, Juanita stayed on top of every aspect of our home sale, was available and easy to reach, had so much patience and understanding, and helped us feel calm and encouraged even when stress was high. We are very thankful that we chose Juanita and would highly recommend her!
