I was a pretty indecisive first time home buyer this summer and Juan took the time to find out what I was really looking for, did not waste my time sending me listings I wasn’t interested in, and encouraged me even after a few of my offers were outbid. Juan was always responsive and worked around my schedule, he even showed a couple of houses to me via video chat as I was traveling! Last but not least, Juan surrounds himself with a great network of people and those who he contracted or recommended (inspector, lender, plumber, etc.) were professional and it was apparent that they have the buyer’s best interests in mind.
