Juan is extremely passionate about what he does. He genuinely cares about his clients and will do anything to help sell or purchase your house. He helped sell my flip. It was on the market for 160 days with my old agent before Juan took over the listing. He immediately asked me why people were not buying and I told him that it lacked outdoor space and privacy in the backyard. He immediately suggested adding a patio and privacy fence and had contractors lined up the next day. I was on vacation when he received bids and negotiated with the contractors and got all the work done in a few days. He then had the house and windows cleaned, amazing photos taken, and staged the house out of his pocket. We were on the market again in a week and in just 3 days we had 4 offers for asking and over asking price. I accepted an offer while still on vacation and closed in 3 weeks. Juan was more than just a realtor but a professional business partner who makes one of the most stressful processes in life, fun and personal. He was ALWAYS there to answer questions and support the process even with my crazy travel/work schedules. He even walked my dog during inspections etc when I was away.
