Hands down, Juan Carlos is THE BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT I have ever had the pleasure of working with. In addition to a ton of relevant experience what sets JC apart is his drive. JC doesn’t just sit around waiting for potential buyers and sellers to approach him. He is proactive and takes the initiative engaging and leveraging his networks, resources, and connections. He is also very smart, strategic, and persuasive and was able to get me a lot more than I asked for my house. All around he is just an amazing agent and you will be hard-pressed to find someone better in Miami.

I have used juan before,he’s a great agent,friendly,caring,taking great pride of the job at hand,big or small it doesn’t matter to him,the last sale he made for me was a very difficult and complicated,it took almost 6 months on the making and the unit was sold for just over $100000,still he never complained and at the end he managed to sell it for the price i was looking for. I would definitely recommend him.
