Vicky and I met with Juan several times during our house buying process. He was always very professional and knowledgeable on the product. He communicated well through the entire process and was a pleasure to work with.
Meeting and working with Juan was a blessing. He was able to answer all of my questions even on his days off. He kept me in the loop on any new updates on the house. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in a way that I understood exactly what to expect.
Juan was on point with communication and returning texts/calls in an immediate manner. He made us feel comfortable and straightforward with the process
juan always did his best to getting any answers even on his days off and even after closing my house and months later if i had questions still got to them quickly as possible which also made me more confident on buying my 1st house, wish other DR horton employees were like this where they actually answer back and show interest
I was completely impressed with Juan’s professionalism and customer service. Juan’s company expertise in the home market was evident from our first meeting helping us understand the buying process. Not one time did I feel as if we couldn’t reach out to him for any advise. Very grateful for all the time he spent with us by email, text, phone calls and in person.
Juan has 15 properties for sale, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
