It all started with a "let's go see what they have available" mentality. It was close to 5pm but Juan was still available to welcome me with my inquiry. He gladly let me know what the market status was and even walked me through a home that was almost built. Long story short, I got the keys to a brand new 2 story Lincoln Farmhouse in less than 3 months. The process seemed simple only because Juan was exceptional with his communication from beginning to end. He picked up the phone even after hours which is very uncommon.
