There were a variety of issues which arose from the Buyers, and she handled everything with a smile and great negotiating skills.

Purchasing a home was very intimidating in a sellers market. JP was great with explaining the process and what could happen along the way. She did her research about the area and was right on with her estimated value when presenting an offer to the seller. Getting financing was no issue with her knowledge of the process and estimated value, allowing for a very smooth process all the way through. Also after closing she has been available to help with contractor help and checking in with us. I have already referred others to JP and will do so in the future!
