Given this experience, I would rate JP Payne at the top of the list. She had a great knowledge of the market and brought a great deal of experience to the process. What really differentiates JP is her attention to detail and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done! She is extremely responsive and is always willingly to answer a call about an issue or concern. I would highly recommend JP to anyone that is either selling or buying a home.
She has excellent market knowledge. She is an excellent communicator and carries lots of emotional intelligence (among other intelligence). She is very professional and always making sure that I as a client is heard. She goes out of her way to ensure that my transition to my new home is smooth and all issues, challenges or less are dealt with. She is very resourceful and honest. She is a gem of a real estate agent. She found me the house I though I would not find. But she found it ! She did it !
My review is that I would refer anyone to her. She worked just as tirelessly on the sale of our prior home and coordinated everything from contract through closing, and more. There were a variety of issues which arose from the Buyers, and she handled everything with a smile and great negotiating skills.

Purchasing a home was very intimidating in a sellers market. JP was great with explaining the process and what could happen along the way. She did her research about the area and was right on with her estimated value when presenting an offer to the seller. Getting financing was no issue with her knowledge of the process and estimated value, allowing for a very smooth process all the way through. Also after closing she has been available to help with contractor help and checking in with us. I have already referred others to JP and will do so in the future!
JP made sure we were happy with all aspects of the home buying process before we signed. She was available whenever you needed to and was never caught off guard!
