JP Payne is an outstanding realtor--and more. Her commitment to getting the job done is 2nd to none. In our case, she took on the challenge of updating and selling a family property that had fallen far below its potential. Projects were completed early or on time and communication from realtor to seller was always prompt. She knows her profession, works well with colleagues and clients and is resourceful. JP gave us regular updates throughout the home improvement and selling process, including feedback from potential buyers, and because we live 500 miles away from the property, that was extremely important. JP was our amazing realtor! She helped us sell our old home and buy our new home. She was so attentive and communicated with us every step of the way. She stayed calm when things even got a little hairy in the end with us selling our old home (not her fault at all) and checked on us often. It was my first time buying a home and my husband, his second, so it was a whole new experience for us. She answered all of our questions and even followed up on every single “project” of the home.
