My experience working with Joyce Anthony was incredible! I actually met Joyce a few months before I started working with her, but foolishly did not commit to working her because I wanted to interview other realtors. I met with other realtors and it was a waste of my time. I can honestly say that I did not get the same warm, fuzzy feeling I experienced with Joyce from any other realtor. Joyce and I simply connected. Joyce listened to me and was genuinely interested in what I desired in my new home. Joyce was so patient and answered all of my questions even before I signed a contract to work with her. I contracted to work with Joyce on a Thursday, October 8th, found my dream condo a few days later on October 10th, and Joyce submitted my offer that evening. As it turned out the owner was traveling, but by the time he landed, he had loads of telephone messages and emails from Joyce about my contract. The owner accepted my offer on October 11th because of his positive interactions with Joyce, and I closed in November. Joyce is a sweet, genuine person who really cares about her clients. Joycelyn was great when everything was going good with getting the home. When problems incurred some issues with the house and she disappeared. I thought we formed a great bond with my family. I was wonder what happened. My family moved on with the negative issues and good moments we are creating. But character means a lot too me(Louis). I am from military background regardless of any situation we had too thrive in it and it never about money and or job. It's about satisfaction of saving or work for people you representing. The mission comes first regardless if you sick, hurt and or tired. Personal life and or professional dedication and honor is important. Bottom line Joyce is good agent and person but when times are tough. She disappeared. I am not build that way. In the mist of chaos is opportunity to grow with someone and or apart. It's rest with the individual.
