Joyce was exactly the kind of agent we needed. She is local, and her knowledge of the area helped us immensely. We started looking at two neighborhoods we were familiar with but she suggested a third we hadn't considered, and that's where we ended up living! It's a great neighborhood and exactly what we were looking for. She never tried to upsell us on things we didn't want or houses that were out of our price range. If we did a walkthrough and she saw something that wasn't right, she made sure we knew about it. She also saved us a lot of hassle by letting us know when a house wouldn't work with our VA loan, and knew ahead of time what they would need and if there was anything we had to do. Even when a hiccup with the VA delayed closing she did everything within her power to make things work for us. Joyce was on top of everything, and I absolutely recommend her to anyone who, like me, was lost or intimidated by the home buying process.

I had the opportunity of meeting Miss Joyce and asking her to be my real estate agent. She was very kind, but she was also straightforward and up front with all information and/or knowledge she had. She is encouraging. She was very diligent and informative. When any question arose, She answered any question My husband or I had. If she didn't have the answer, she found out quickly and always got back to us. She is amazing at her job and no matter your situation, funds or style. Miss Joyce is the best choice you can make, When choosing someone to help you find a new home, bigger home, or even maybe a getting away home!!!! She has a very well put together team and can help you in any way shape or form and get you just what you're looking for!!!!

I would say it was as easy as making a phone call and it was sold. I met with Joyce and her associate at the Titan address. We did a walk thru of the home and yard. Joyce gave a her suggestions on the home and her opinion on what needed to be done on the home for a quick sale. We had an offer in a few days and sold the property in a few weeks. I can't say any more it worked out perfect for me and my wife. She will be my first call in the future.

Joyce is a great agent. We met her looking at a house we saw on Zillow. Joyce cam out to show us the house. We liked her so much we decided to keep her as our agent.
