I bought my first home! I talked myself up to call the realtor listed on the for sale sign and best decision ever! She was so friendly on the phone call, all the while I’m stumbling over my words having no idea even what to ask! We arranged to meet to view the home. Upon meeting Joyce I immediately dropped my shoulders and felt like I was in good hands. She is very calm and candid and if she wasn’t sure of something she made phone calls right then to ask.
