Then all during the sale, Joyce was advising the buyers agents that they were behind on their transactions. She was on top of all the items that need to be completed. Many times now you have realtors that hand over to the business side of the realty. With Joyce, she follows every step and You have more personalized service. Joyce also has a great feel for the market and knows the area. If I were to purchase in the area, she would be my first call for help.
