Exceptionally professional with local knowledge of not only land but waterways in Fort Lauderdale. Joy is beyond hardworking, knowledgable, trustworthy and professional. She is far and away an expert in her field and she ensures her clients understand and are comfortable at every step in the process from listing to closing. It was a bit of a tricky situation in that the property was owned by a divorced couple and she managed the parties and their emotions along with the distribution of closing funds as professional as any realtor I've ever known.
