Joy walked us through the entire process and was always available to answer questions regardless of the time of day. She is a very professional agent! Being a first time home buyer I was not very knowledgeable of the entire process of home buying. Joy was an excellent agent and an incredible resource every time I had questions or needed more information. She seemed to always be available and ready to help when needed. We were able to purchase the perfect house after having a few that fell through but not because of any mishap from Joy. The third time was a charm in this case and she actually protected us quite a bit from previous properties making sure we weren't stuck in a deal. I highly recommend her services as she will treat you like a friend during the process and really guide you at every step. I will certainly keep her in mind for any future purchases or relocations!

Joy Murphy is a superb realtor and a splendid human being. I say this as someone who's job has moved him and his family 12 times in 38 years at the convenience of the government. Having bought and sold four houses along the way and worked through more than a few rentals I can say that Joy's eye for precisely what type of improvements need to be made and what can be left alone and still bring a good return were spot on. She was also ready to help out with those small details of things that get left behind when you leave a house in one area to go to another one two thousand miles away.
