Joy Murphy is an outstanding real estate agent! We had to move my mother into an assisted living facility and initially tried to sell the home with another agent “as is” but could not get a reasonable offer. I have bought and sold properties in quite a few places, I only retain services from very experienced and reputable agents. That being said, Joy is the absolute best. She was my agent to find my house in Lexington a couple of years ago. When we were relocated this year, it was a no brainer to ask for her help again to list our house. She was as good as anyone could possibly expect. She got everything done in a perfect way and the house was under contract in a couple of days. All I did was sign the contract and closing documents .
