Our Family appreciated Joy's very enthusiastic commitment and real estate experience. Details mattered, comparisons were examined, and her strategy to price our family home accordingly was spot on. Her ability to see, capture, and promote the life a potential buyer would enjoy moving into the neighborhood/home helped to draw in many more showings. In the end, we sorted through multiple serious and lucrative offers! We were grateful for her guidance in readying the home for sale and her wisdom sorting through the offers, negotiating with the buyer and their agent. It made a difference to potential buyers-based on their comments, and it made a difference to us deciding which offer to accept. We also apprecieated her keeping us informed during the steps the buyers needed to take - between our accepting an offer and the closing.
