The thought of buying a home for the first time was incredibly stressful, especially not knowing how or when to start. When we got referred to Jovani we contacted him, right away he set up an appointment with us and explained the whole process in a easy way both my husband and I understood. Jovani was a true professional from start to finish. There was excellent communication during the course of the sales process. He was honest and down to earth regarding what we could reasonably sell the house for, and what changes and corrections needed to be made for the best sales price. We had multiple offers on our home within hours of the first showing. Jovani had also assisted us 5 years earlier with purchasing our home.
