About Josie

Josie Cline is an outside-the-box thinker, down-to-earth dog lover and true partner when it comes to buying and selling real estate. She represents a full range of buyers, sellers and investors in luxury and pre-construction homes and condominiums throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties, with a focus on (but not limited to) Siesta Key, Downtown Sarasota, Longboat Key, Lido Key, West of Trail, Sarasota, Osprey, Venice and Nokomis. Josie is in real estate to help people, not sell people. An eternal optimist, she operates from her heart and recognizes the importance of connecting with clients of all backgrounds in order to best assist them in their pursuits. She aims to help people live in the present moment and find equilibrium in their daily lives, and it starts in the home. Josie believes you need to be inspired by what you see and where you live so that you can truly be in flow, and it’s her mission to utilize her skills and expertise to elevate people into the highest versions of themselves. Josie’s clients have recognized that she’s not about doing it all – she’s about doing what’s right. Her success in real estate is attributed to the combination of her earnest personality and devoted work ethic, ensuring that she thoroughly understands the needs of those with whom she works and that they have every last bit of information they need to make the best decision for themselves. In a market with diversity in commerce and outstanding weather year-round, Josie is in love with Sarasota and everything it has to offer. In her off time, she enjoys, boating, swimming, sailing, walking, reading, doing yoga, exploring new restaurants and things to do and spending time with family. Evie, her magnificent rat terrier, is at her side whenever possible.

Our own piece of paradise!

We started the process of purchasing a condo on Siesta Key in February of 2020 going to open houses and meeting realtors. We found 1 or 2 that we thought of using. Then one day while in the village we were looking at pictures of condos in the window of her real estate office. Josie came out to see if we had any questions and where we were in our journey of purchasing a vacation home. She offered to show us what was currently on the market realizing we weren’t ready to buy yet. After returning home she proceeded to keep us updated on new condos on the market. We finally purchased in October of 2020. Josie was with us on our whole journey. She advised on mortgage companies and was current on all financing information. The process of finding the ideal vacation home with Josie was great! We have recommended her to friends! She is definitely the “go to gal” on Siesta Key or Sarasota.

Patient is an understatement!

When my husband and I moved to the area we had no idea what to expect. Josie showed us houses from Cape Coral to Manatee. When I say she is patient that is an understatement, we looked at just shy of 100 houses! Her knowledge of the area and ability to think ahead were paramount in our decision-making. We couldn't have done it without her.
