I was referred to Josh from my lender (who also was a friend of mine). She knew that I as a single mom needed someone who understood my budget and location needs. I was super nervous about the entire process but Josh made it easy and fun! The first property we saw was not exactly move in ready and Josh tried to find the positive in it until I told he that was not the house for me! He took me to three other properties and every time didn’t say anything negative! Then when I found THE ONE I was still super nervous about it and he even went back with me to view it a second time. By the second viewing he had called the listing agent and knew there were no offers. He wrote a great offer for me and learned they had gotten a higher offer so we went up but only to where I was comfortable and yet I was beat out but the seller loved the way Josh wrote my offer so much they kept us as a backup. In the end the other offer fell through and because of Josh my kids and I ended up with our dream home! I will send EVERYONE I know to him!
