Honesty Openness and Hard Work - My Guiding Principles in Real Estate Throughout my career I have always looked back on the example that my mother set for me and my younger sister. Working three jobs at once she taught us both what it meant to work hard and exert real effort. I was always proud watching her and even from a young age I knew that I was picking up valuable lessons. Throughout adolescence and my first couple years of high school we lived at my grandparents' house. It was only after my mother was able to afford a place of her own that we moved out. The day that she moved us into her new place that was I day I could never forget. From the look of joy on her face to the fun we had that night everything stuck with me. At age 20 I moved out of my Mom's place and into my own. I had started working when I was 14 mowing yards and doing other odd jobs and I never stopped. Work was always a source of fulfillment for me and the more I exerted myself the more it all meant to me. I studied to become an electrician shortly after I turned 18 and that remained my career for a little more than a decade. Five years ago - at 30 - I got into real estate. Reflecting on what it meant to my mother to move into a place of her own I always feel extra motivation to serve my clients and meet all their needs. Real estate is my passion in life and I am committed to making a difference in people's lives. I strive to stay ahead of the curve in the local market helping people to make wise investments and build the lives that they want for themselves. The values that my mother imparted to me - honesty industriousness openness - those values guide me to this very day. I read a lot of books about real estate and finance keeping my knowledge up to date and current. Every day, I male a point to enjoy me life. I am close with my family and friends, spending quality time with them often. I try to create value for everyone around me. Whether that means making someone smile or introducing someone to an investment opportunity, my mission in life is ti serve. Real estate is the means by which I impact others positively. I strive to be great at what I do - always for your benefit.

He is patience, humble, responsive and knowledgeable about real estate!

Our experience with Josh, as our realtor, was pretty great! He is patience, humble, responsive and knowledgeable about real estate and anything about house stuffs! We actually worked with 2 realtors before having Josh. We discontinued their services as our realtor because we felt that they weren't looking at our best interest as well as the stress we experienced from them through house hunting and processing contracts. When we started working with Josh, all he asked from us for a particular house that sparks our interest and listed highly up on our approved loan, was that “do you like this house?!” and “let us do our job!”. Josh and the rest of his team pull the listing price down to our approved load and got the house that is more than we have expected. The whole ride on our house purchase went smooth and great! And now, we are happy living in our new home. I would really recommend Josh and guarantee that you’ll be in good hand.

Josh was awesome!

Josh was awesome! As a first time home buyer he made the process simple and problem free! He was helpful and answered all my annoying questions at all times of day! I'm so glad he was there to guide me through this crazy process! Thanks Josh!

Josh is very proactive!

Josh is very proactive, helpful and easy to go to with any questions. Our transaction was complicated with several repair requests and pest issues, but he helped make the process smooth and easy!

Didn’t think I’d buy a brand New home!

I was not looking for a new house or to live out in this area but Josh said trust me and come take a look. Fell in love with the place. With a new home I was able to pick out a bunch of options to my likings. I highly recommend Josh, he was able to get me to look at real estate that I wasn’t open too. You will not be disappointed!

An amazing journey!

This house took 2 years to get. There were multiple houses we had out offers in but kept getting beat out by cash offers. Josh knew this was going to be a journey due to the low price point and everyone being able to afford this price point with cash. This time Josh was able to get the house with multiple offers on the table by creating a great relationship with the sellers agent. I will use Josh every time!!
