Our experience with Josh, as our realtor, was pretty great! He is patience, humble, responsive and knowledgeable about real estate and anything about house stuffs! We actually worked with 2 realtors before having Josh. We discontinued their services as our realtor because we felt that they weren't looking at our best interest as well as the stress we experienced from them through house hunting and processing contracts. When we started working with Josh, all he asked from us for a particular house that sparks our interest and listed highly up on our approved loan, was that “do you like this house?!” and “let us do our job!”. Josh and the rest of his team pull the listing price down to our approved load and got the house that is more than we have expected. The whole ride on our house purchase went smooth and great! Josh is the best! I hadn't sold a property in some time and was not familiar with the market at the property location. Josh was patient with all of our questions - gave amazing advise as to pricing, updates to the home, staging and so much more. Josh is also very quick to answer phone calls, text messages and emails. His availability, literally at all times of day and night (even while he was camping with family), far exceeded my wildest expectations. It sometimes feels like Josh doesn't sleep at all. One other thing I liked about Josh was that he genuinely loves what he is doing. This is impossible to fake, and it makes a ton of difference. He is also a pleasure to talk with. We ended up getting ABOVE ASKING in less then 5 days! He truly has his client's best interest and knows exactly how to get what they want. What can I say? Josh was great. Better than great! We were first time homebuyers and Josh made the process really easy and straight forward. He was good about framing how to think about each home we saw, and helped match our goals with what the homes actually offered. Josh was the best! I will definitely use him again in the future as we plan to buy again. This was our second home purchase and definitely the smoothest transaction. Josh is very knowledgeable about homes in generally, takes note of what you want, and helps you make the best financial decision in terms of your right now, as well as your long-term investment. Realtors can be hard to deal with especially when it comes to being available, being knowledgeable, and having your best interest in mind so it is important you go with a professional. That professional would be Josh! Trust me, with our first home purchase, we went through 3 realtors and ended up having to close with someone who wasn't our realtor.
