Working tirelessly during an especially dry season in the market, and during a time of extreme personal duress, Josh professionally handled the transaction beyond my expectations, perhaps even beyond what I personally could have managed. He assisted me in directing me as to what repairs would need to be made in advance of listing, he assisted me by providing referrals to reliable professional services which assisted me in maintaining the home while it remained vacant on the market. He personally ensured that the home had open houses scheduled very nearly every weekend. He located and secured the buyer for the property and assisted both of us through the tedious and somewhat needlessly complex process of the buyer assuming my home loan. He dealt with myself and the buyer fairly and honestly, and helped soothe over both us through the various complications of the circumstances regarding the loan assumption. At the end of the day, the transaction of the sale/purchase of your home will either go smoothly or it won't. The difference between a good realtor and a great realtor is whether or not they are equipped, ready and willing to overcome the various issues in the paperwork to make it happen when it feels like everything is on it's way to going to pot. Josh is a great realtor with a wealth of experience in sales, and the intestinal fortitude to stand firm in the face of adversity which is an uncommon virtue in realtors.
