He personally ensured that the home had open houses scheduled very nearly every weekend. He located and secured the buyer for the property and assisted both of us through the tedious and somewhat needlessly complex process of the buyer assuming my home loan. He dealt with myself and the buyer fairly and honestly, and helped soothe over both us through the various complications of the circumstances regarding the loan assumption. At the end of the day, the transaction of the sale/purchase of your home will either go smoothly or it won't. The difference between a good realtor and a great realtor is whether or not they are equipped, ready and willing to overcome the various issues in the paperwork to make it happen when it feels like everything is on it's way to going to pot. Josh is a great realtor with a wealth of experience in sales, and the intestinal fortitude to stand firm in the face of adversity which is an uncommon virtue in realtors.
