Cutler Real Estate asked Josh a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are Josh's replies.
1. What is your professional/educational background?
I started working through HUD in the City of Massillon in 2015. While there, I helped administer programs for first time homebuyers, emergency housing assistance, community development, neighborhood improvement, and non-profit grants. Afterward I went into business for myself as a home inspector before finding my way into real estate.
2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
I chose a career in real estate because my passion is in helping people, and I have found that I am best at helping people in the sale and or buying of their home or commercial property.
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
I currently live in Stark County, Ohio. I like living in this area because of the people. The people of Northeast Ohio and of Ohio in general are very down to earth, kind, and outgoing. I think they call it Midwest nice!
4. How do you spend your free time?
I like spending my free time with my dog, family, and friends. Often, you can find me taking my dog on a hike, going for a road trip, golfing, or bike riding.
