Josh is a real estate genius. He priced our home correctly and was able to negotiate a sale over asking price 3 days after it hit the market!!!!! He kept us informed throughout the process and was always available to answer our questions. I found Josh to be extremely responsive and highly ethical. I would strongly recommend Josh to anyone who has any real estate needs.
