I met Josh several years ago for appraisal to refi my current home for a complete modernization. I called him again last year to appraise an inherited house. He not only did the appraisal but also advised on whether to rent it out ,sell as is or fix it up and sell it as is as well as what we may expect to sell it for after remodel .we did a full modernization and remodel . Because of his knowledge of this market i asked him to list and handle sale. He also helped at the end of the project to get the contractor to complete and clean property for open house.he handled staging and several open house weekends before it sold. Didn't get full asking price, but did get more than market value.the whole process was handle quickly and professionally.I will use Josh again in the future,there were no problems with whole transaction.

Josh helped me to purchased a beautiful house in Lake Forest. He is super helpful and professional. The entire process is not easy, especially there were some issues with my mortgage which might delay my escrow closing day. My mortgage provider brought up some issues on the appraisal report, that can be hard to solve. Josh had many years experience as an appraiser, so he gave me his professional opinion and represented me to efficiently communicated with the bank. We eventually resolved the issues!! Josh also provided me several different solutions including getting an alternative loaner within a very short time period (this is during the year end holiday season). Josh is not only helpful during my purchase process, but also very helpful after I got the house. He cares what I care! I was provided a list of items including utility contact information, city's restriction code, etc, which made my life much easier. He called me several times after we closed escrow to ensure I am 100% ok with the new house. He knows the area and he did his research. I am very glad I chose Josh as my agent.
