If you are in the market for a hands on mover and shaker, work with Josh. From my first call to him, inquiring about the value of our property, to the final call that said the deal is done, Josh was impressive. Not only did he sell my home, but he sold it in less than 30 days in the midst of the worst winter season in Idaho in the past 18 years.
