Once again Josh came thru.

Josh uses all the available resources and markets the property differently than the other realtors. He realized the location as one for a golf course community not just a 55+community. The close proximity to the local golf course, shopping and quiet lifestyle were all selling points. He went to bat with hte HOA on a unique feature of the property.
