I was born and raised in Decatur, AL but moved to Murfreesboro for college, fell in love with the area and have called it home since 2000. My beautiful wife Amy and I have three children: Isaac, Georgia, and Harrison. I am a devoted husband, father, Real Estate Agent, Commercial Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Investor, and Developer. When I have free time you can bet I am catching up on the latest Auburn football news, fishing in salt or freshwater, or working on my golf game (or lack thereof). While at Middle Tennessee State University I pursued a B.S. in the Recording Industry. After graduating in 2003 I worked in the music industry in artist management with many amazing artists and people. My passion for people, relationships, and houses led me to Real Estate, and after buying and selling four homes in eight years as a homeowner I decided to make it my career. I have been on both sides of the table when it comes to buying and selling a home. As an agent, I draw on my experience and attention to detail, to make the process as stress free as possible for my clients. I have a passion for guiding those I work with through their specific transaction. My mindset and approach to the process is one of a coach or fishing guide: I want to get you to the right home. When it comes to real estate investment I love helping clients create passive income through the purchase of rental properties but I am also passionate about helping those who are in the middle of the battle of foreclosure, estate liquidation, or a distressed property get the resolution they need from the sale of the home. For these reasons I created a company called Battle Ground Homes that can help families through all of these scenarios by making a bad situation better in a short time frame. My goal is to be your trusted Real Estate Advisor that guides you home!

Josh Fulmer is the best realtor you could ask for. He helped us sell our old house in just 3 days on the market, which was incredible. Then he found us a brand-new construction home in Christiana, TN—something that’s pretty hard to come by these days, especially with a 1-acre lot. No pressure, good guidance
