I found Josh on YouTube while researching Charlotte in general. He offered a relocation guide which was helpful but it was his videos with Brody that got us hooked! They went to various neighborhoods, showed us around, and named pluses/minuses for each all by video BEFORE we even got to Charlotte. Then Brody took us to see our favorites, made suggestions for other neighborhoods, and offered REAL honest opinions about different houses we visited. NOT canned answers we wanted to hear, but real advice on neighborhoods, proximities, shopping, commutes, North Carolina versus South Carolina, everything!
