Josh is very good at what he does. He is honest and will get you the most money for your house. He knows the market inside and out and doesn't feed you a bunch of nonsense. Me and Josh clicked the first time we spoke and I had a good feeling about him and he delivered. He came into my house in a Tuesday afternoon and by that Saturday evening we had 3 offers and one over asking price. In those four days he took beautiful pictures, did measurements, marketed our property and helped stage the house. We didn't even wait a few more days to see what else we could get so we cancelled all remaining showings and laster not even a half a day total on the market which was exactly what we wanting cause it gets draining having to show your house to a ton of people when its not marketed right.
