Great experience with Realtor Brody during our relocation and buying process. The Finnegan Group has great YouTube videos about different Charlotte neighborhoods as well. Brody is very knowledgeable about the areas and was very present during home tours pointing things out that we never noticed, and envisioning potential in different aspects of homes too. He was very patient with us as we toured about 20 homes before putting an offer, and overall he’s very professional and kind. He was great with the back and forth with the sellers agent to make a great deal on our home. This was our second home purchase and by far the easiest and less stressful with Brody as our realtor. The best realtor in town I wish I would have found Josh and his team sooner. From start to finish this guy was on top of helping me get my house sold. This man every Monday gave me an update and tell me what he thinks we need to do and how we look compared to other houses! He went as far to text me/ also call me from Spain when he was on Vacation.
